2025: The Year We Built the Foundation

If 2024 was the spark, then 2025 became the year the flame truly caught.

This was the year The York & Co. shifted from an idea in a notebook to a full, breathing studio with a vision, a voice, and - most importantly - a team. We opened our doors, sharpened our mission, and quietly began building the kind of foundation that can support big, beautiful things for years to come.

Looking back, it’s a little surreal to see just how much happened in 12 short months.

We started a company that already feels like home.

What began as sketches, color palettes, and a conviction that design should feel personal evolved into a full-service firm blending interior design, décor, branding, and real estate. We found our rhythm, our aesthetic, our point of view. We learned how to say yes, how to say not yet, and how to stay grounded in who we are.

We built the dream team.

This year brought the people who make this work feel lighter, sharper, and more meaningful. From creative partners to collaborators to the folks who jump in without being asked, every person brought a piece of themselves to the table.
2025 wasn’t just my year of building. It was our year of becoming.

We laid the groundwork for an incredible 2026.

So much of our work this year happened behind the scenes: refining operations, shaping our brand, preparing for new partnerships, and putting long-term structures in place. The pieces we put in motion in 2025 will define the year ahead.

We set the stage.
We aligned the vision.
And in January, we’ll finally share one of the biggest projects we’ve ever taken on, something that has stretched us creatively, strategically, and professionally in the best possible ways.

For now, as we close out 2025, I’m grateful for every person who walked alongside us this year. Friends, clients, partners, teammates—thank you for believing in what we’re building. Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for cheering us on in ways big and small.
